Corporal Pike

Travis Pike is a former U.S. Marine Machine Gunner (0331) who served five years with 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marines. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2009 and again in 2011 with the 22nd MEU(SOC) during a record-setting 11 months at sea. During his service, Travis trained alongside the Romanian Army, Spanish Marines, Emirate Marines, and the Afghan National Army, experiences that shaped his approach to marksmanship and gear reliability. After leaving the Marine Corps, Travis became an NRA-certified pistol instructor and firearms writer. His work has been featured in leading publications including: Pew Pew Tactical, The Truth About Guns, Recoil, AmmoLand, and The National Interest. A proud supporter of the Second Amendment, Travis focuses on helping shooters find the best gear to train, defend, and perform with confidence.
